Call to action: blogging and Asian Earthquake

I would like to join other PR bloggers like Neville and Alan Jenkins to spread the word about the relief efforts for the Kashmir region which has been struck by a terrible earthquake. Again we see that blogs, RSS and wikis are becoming crucial tools, not only to spread the message for support but also to get relief efforts organised on an international level.

ifrc_logo.gifPlease consider donating to the Red Cross/Red Crescent.

How can we, as PR professionals, do more than just donate money ? Can we set up a virtual network of pro-deo PR people who would take on the task to help there were necessary ? If well planned and coordinated I think we can all help by doing what we do best: communicate.
