Entrepreneurs, you need feedback from your clients

Client feedback and testimonials about your good work is the bread and butter of each and every company. I love this little new tool called iKarma. As they state on their website:

"Online or offline, in business or among friends, your reputation says everything about you - who you are, what you do, and what others think about you. The strength of a good name is the finest marketing that money can't buy."

in-logo.gifOn iKarma you can create your business profile and allow customers to do exactly that; give feedback and testimonials about your service. It is also a networking tool and works a bit like LinkedIn but then with a focus on your clients. A great way to collect their input and build a reputation. I installed their links on my website/blog and am now looking for references... (Mmm, I need clients first right...)

Thanks to the excellent Techcrunch.
