EP debates blogs.

Source: European Parliament

"On the occasion of the launch of its new website, the European Parliament is holding debates on the use of the Internet as a tool of government information, on blogging and on the Internet as an opportunity for the formation of new political communities. The debates will take place in Brussels on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 September."

The topics are: "Weblogs - competition, challenge or chance?", "New political communities on the web - a challenge to politicians?" and "E-government - how feasible for countries, how practical for citizens?".
The debates will take place at the Yehudi Menuhin Room, European Parliament in Brussels.

Via e-Gov. Monitor.

I am trying to get in but these kind of events are reserved for the press and the inner circle of the EP. Will let you know and if it works... sure; I'll blog about it.
